By accessing or using ClearCod ("Service"), operated by SKYLIM LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

ClearCod is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) e-commerce businesses operating in Spanish-speaking markets. The Service provides:

• Order Management: Integration with Shopify to sync and manage COD orders
• Advertising Analytics: Integration with Meta Ads to track advertising spend and calculate ROI
• Fulfillment Tracking: Integration with fulfillment providers (Dropea, Dropi, etc.) to monitor shipments and costs
• Financial Analysis: Profitability calculations considering all costs (products, fulfillment, advertising, returns)
• Reporting: Automated reports and dashboards for business intelligence

Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are NOT LIABLE for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury or intentional misconduct. These limitations may not apply to you.
