2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create a ClearCod account and use our Service, you provide:

• Account Information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), company name
• Business Information: Store name, business address, tax information (if applicable)
• Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment provider (we do not store full credit card numbers)
• Support Communications: Messages you send us through support channels

2.2 Information from Third-Party Integrations

ClearCod connects with external services to provide our core functionality. We collect the following data from these integrations:

Meta Ads Integration (Facebook/Instagram Advertising)

How We Access This Data:

• You explicitly authorize ClearCod via Meta's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow
• We request only read-only access permissions: ads_read and business_management
• You select which specific ad accounts to connect using checkboxes in our interface
• We access data through Meta's Graph API endpoint: /{ ad-account-id}/insights

How We Use Meta Ads Data:

• Display advertising spend in your profitability dashboard
• Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) by combining ad spend with order revenue and fulfillment costs
• Generate automated performance reports
• Show campaign trends over time

Your Control:

• You can disconnect Meta Ads integration at any time from Settings
• When disconnected, we immediately stop accessing your Meta data
• You can reconnect and select different ad accounts anytime

Shopify Integration

• Order data: Order ID, order date, customer name (first/last), shipping address, order total, product details
• Store information: Store URL, currency, timezone
• Product catalog: Product names, SKUs, prices

Fulfillment Provider Integrations (Dropea, Dropi, etc.)

• Shipment tracking numbers
• Delivery status updates
• Fulfillment costs and fees
• Return/failed delivery information

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent in application
• Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymized for analytics)
• Log Data: API requests, system events, error logs (for debugging and security)
